Include your delivery city, state, postal code, and country so we can confirm whether shipping is available and provide a quote. This website does not promise universal shipping coverage or free shipping. Carrier, dispatch estimate, and delivery estimate are specified in your written order confirmation before payment.

Dispatch and tracking

We provide tracking information where the agreed delivery service includes it. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, address issues, or customs where relevant. Contact us if a confirmed shipment does not arrive as expected.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a confirmed order. Changes depend on the order's status and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Any accepted cancellation and refund follow the confirmed terms and applicable rights.
